En la literatura son contados los trabajos que muestran las indicaciones, técnica y los resultados del tratamiento de estas patologías asistidas por artroscopia. Creemos que esta herramienta puede ser muy útil a la hora de definir con precisión el tipo de lesión ósea-ligamentosa en la articulación del codo optimizando así el tratamiento y obteniendo una recuperación funcional precoz.This paper presents a new approach to the treatment of acute fractures in the elbow area, with the support of arthroscopic equipment. There are only a few studies that describe the indications, techniques and results of the arthroscopy-assisted treatment of these pathologies.
