Annals Of The Rheumatic Diseases, 81(Suppl 1), 1123-11240003-4967http://hdl.handle.net/10668/20050Background: Nurses play a key role in the management of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) due to their close contact with the patient. Well-structured resources and specialized training are necessary to ensure comprehensive and quality care. However, no complete clinical practice guidelines for nurses have been developed for the management of SLE in Spain or Europe [1]. Objectives: In this context, the OpenReuma scientific society decided to promote the RECOMIENDAles project, the aim of which is to create consensus-based recommendations for the management of SLE patients by nurses in Spain. Methods: Following a bibliographic review, the Delphi method [2] was followed to reach the consensus and a structured survey was sent to nurses with expertise in SLE. Two successive rounds were conducted. Consensus was established when at least 70% of the panelists agreed or disagreed on a topic. The final questionnaire contained 90 items divided into 3 sections (Figure 1).enSocieties, ScientificEuropeLupus Erythematosus, SystemicSurveys and QuestionnairesHumansSpainConsensusDelphi TechniqueRecommendations for nurses on the management of patients with systemic lupus erythematous: a delphi consensusconference outputRestricted AccessLupus Eritematoso SistémicoTutoríaRecursos en saludSociedades científicasTécnica Delphi10.1136/annrheumdis-2022-eular.4151468-2060https://ard.bmj.com/content/annrheumdis/81/Suppl_1/1123.full.pdf850279004276
