We present the first case of a patient having a seizure during DISE, after sedation with midazolam and propofol. We recommend that DISE should be performed in a safe environment, under monitoring, and with anesthesia equipment that can be used to counteract potential complications caused by seizures.enAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Drug-induced Sleep EndoscopyPropofolSeizuresPropofolEpileptic crisis in a patient with obstructive sleep apnea during drug-induced endoscopyresearch article35082991open access10.5935/1984-0063.202001231984-0063https://sleepscience.org.br/export-pdf/3074/v14nspe2a14.pdf747843900014
