Fortunately, microbiologic testing for SARS-CoV-2 has become widely available not only for admitted patients but also for mild cases. We present a series of 6 children with mild erythema and desquamation of the fingertips and/or toes as the only skin manifestation of COVID-19. As all children had asymptomatic to mildly symptomatic disease, it is reasonable to consider this a sign of benign disease and favorable outcome.enCOVID-19SARS-CoV-2pediatric dermatologypulpitisskinCOVID-19ChildErythemaHumansSARS-CoV-2Systemic Inflammatory Response SyndromeToesAcral peeling as the sole skin manifestation of COVID-19 in children.research article33856063open access10.1111/pde.145991525-1470PMC8250212https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8250212https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8250212/pdf
