In the anamnesis described, a collapse episodeoccurred from standing position at home while preparing to go to work. There were no clear provoking factors, no prodromes, and no associated stereotyped movements. It lasted approximately 1 minute until complete recovery. She had been complaining of dyspnea on exertion for the last 3 days, had no chest pain, and had no limb swelling or other remarkable abnormalities. On ambulance arrival, the room air oxygen saturation was 89% to 90%, heart rate was 110 beats/min, and BP was 121/72 mm Hg without orthostatic changes. %K Diagnosis, differential %K Dyspnea %K Electrocardiography %~
