We conducted a systematic review of the PubMed database and analysed the main clinical trials to address these questions and establish a series of recommendations. Conclusions: In primary stroke prevention, antihypertensive treatment should be started in patients with BP levels > 140/90 mmHg, with a target BP of 140/90 mmHg, with a target BP of PB Elsevier espana slu SN 0213-4853 YR 2021 FD 2021-06-28 LK http://hdl.handle.net/10668/18856 UL http://hdl.handle.net/10668/18856 LA es DS RISalud RD Apr 7, 2025
