%X Crohn's disease of the reservoir is a pathology of difficult diagnosis and complex approach due to the scarce documented evidence on it. Recently, studies have been published on the treatment strategies available for this entity. Based on the above, we have analyzed the experience of our center in the treatment of reservoir Crohn's disease with one of the new biologic agents, ustekinumab.
