%X We report the case of a 66-year-old female with a history of type-2 diabetes and dyslipidemia, who presented due to episodes of vomiting, epigastric discomfort and weight loss. Impaired liver function prompted a biopsy, which revealed the presence of non-necrotizing granulomas. Tomography showed hypodense bands and atrophic areas at the peripheral parenchyma. Magnetic resonance imaging showed predominantly perivascular inflammatory bands.
