Strangely enough, she had had a radiologically similar mass in her leg, but it had suddenly vanished after starting treatment with low‐dose methotrexate for her psoriasis. A magnetic resonance imaging scan and biopsy of the current tumour were consistent with desmoid‐type fibromatosis (c, f). As surgery was rejected, we prescribed methotrexate 15 mg weekly. After 2 weeks, remission was complete and treatment suspended (d, e). Two years later there has been no recurrence. Desmoid‐type fibromatosis is a benign but infiltrative and recurrent tumour.1 Low‐dose methotrexate has been used successfully in some studies %K Psoriasis %K Magnetic Resonance Imaging %K Recurrence %K Laparoscopy %~
