A case report. %D 2020 %@ 1130-0108 %U https://hdl.handle.net/10668/27150 %X We present the case of a 61-year-old male with a long-term epigastric mass and pain, high CA 19.9 levels and no weight loss. A computerized tomography was performed and a solid-cystic pancreatic mass was observed. The lesion measured 10 x 8 cm with well-defined margins, a macroscopic calcification and an enhanced solid component. These findings were consistent with a mucinous cystadenoma (Fig. 1). Endoscopic ultrasonography showed a cystic neoplasm with a calcified wall and central whirlpool-shaped echogenic foci (Fig. 2).
