RT Journal Article T1 Perinatal Tuberculosis: Is It a Forgotten Disease? A1 Ferreras-Antolín, Laura A1 Caro-Aguilera, Pilar A1 Pérez-Ruíz, Estela A1 Moreno-Pérez, David A1 Pérez-Frías, Francisco Javier AB Perinatal tuberculosis is an uncommon condition but with a high mortality and a challenging diagnosis. We present 4 cases of perinatal tuberculosis managed between 1991 and 2014 in a Spanish Tertiary Hospital. The infection should be considered in patients with progressive respiratory symptoms and with a poor response to conventional antibiotic therapy, especially in those with positive epidemiologic risk. Bronchoscopy can be a useful tool for diagnosis. YR 2018 FD 2018 LK http://hdl.handle.net/10668/11857 UL http://hdl.handle.net/10668/11857 LA en DS RISalud RD Apr 9, 2025
