(Bruselas, 27-28 febrero 2017) sobre una de las intervenciones más completas y progresistas puestas en marcha en el Reino Unido hasta la fecha (Well Communities/Well London), que tiene el objetivo de mejorar la salud y el bienestar de comunidades desfavorecidas, por medio de empoderarlas y de reducir las desigualdades sociales en salud.
