Abstract
Fundamentos y/o objetivos: La microangiopatía trombótica (MAT) es una complicación grave tras el trasplante alogénico de progenitores hematopoyéticos (AloTPH). El daño endotelial en la MAT se traduce en concentraciones elevadas de FvW o endotelina, entre otros. El ácido ursodesoxicólico (AU) ejerce una acción inmunomoduladora y anti-inflamatoria inhibiendo la endotelina y el NF-κb y promoviendo la producción de óxido nítrico. Con estas premisas, el objetivo del estudio
fue analizar la incidencia y factores de riesgo de MAT e identificar el posible
papel protector del AU en el desarrollo de MAT.
